Refunds
We will honor requests for refunds if the refund is requested within 24 hours of your sparkling mead order being placed and your order has not shipped out yet.
We cannot honor any refunds requested after your sparkling mead order has been shipped.
Returns
We cannot accept any returns for sparkling mead orders. If there are any issues with your sparkling mead shipment being received (damages, wrong order), we will remedy the issue and make sure the original order you placed is delivered.
